    I just noticed today when I was creating my account and going through the process on my xbox one x that it is skipping a screen at the very end. It should so a quick vid and then say to you want a tour or something. Where it says we can show you how to create
    an avatar or redemm a code. You can pick Get started I think or no thanks. That is not coming up and it is going to a black screen where the guide button works but nothing else. This didn't happen to me the other day but it is happening today. Don't know if
    there is something wrong with live during the intial setup process and making an account. Please fix this

    Xbox One X Black Sceen After Setup

    Right after I setup my xbox one x it goes to a black screen. The guide button works but the main area is a black. It happened right after the setup when you pick if you want automatic updates for games and console. Then a vid shows but then it goes black.
    It is suppose to show a screen if you want a tutrial or no thanks. That never happens. Please fix this because I think the process is going south.

    There are many resources available out there to get your console set up.

    But i do like the idea on making the intial setup screen more user friendly for new Xbox users.

    I fixed my sign in problem by going to System Setup, Run intial setup and then "Recover Account". Hope it works for you also.
