Xbox One X Going Crazy

Hello...

I just turned my Xbox One X on and as soon as I try to do anything the system rapidly shifts to the right and takes me directly to the store. When I go left with the left stick the screen flickers and will not let me out of the store.

I’ve done a hard reset twice to no avail.

Oddly, my Patrol Tech controller wouldn’t even turn on prompting me to use the original Xbox One X controller. I’m not sure if these issues are related.

Can anyone assist?

Xbox One going crazy

Hello everyone, last week I wrote a thread because I was getting stuck on the green start up screen, it finally resolved itself, god know why. I continued enjoying playing until today. It got stuck on the green start up screen once again, and this time for
good. I tried everything possible before a Factory Reset, nothing worked, so I decided to do a Factory Reset. After the reset, everything was fine, the Xbox was running smooth and way faster! I was happy. I played for hours tonight until now. I was playing
Warframe with my friend until suddenly I couldn't join any more online mission (Didn't lose internet connection, I was still in the game and I could still talk with my friend in group chat). I decided to restart the game... the problem is that now it cannot
open the game anymore. It keep saying for an unknown reason, the start up was too long... with an error (0x8027025a). I tried Hard reseting the console, didn't help. I tried unplugging everything, didn't help either. I tried to turn on the game over 20 times,
never worked. Worst of all, the console is starting to freeze, can't move my cursor around in the menu anymore, everything is glitching and bugging, while I still can speak with my friend on the group chat -_- I am starting to get pissed at my console right
now...

Let me add something weird; between last time I had problem and today, which is last weekend, I was playing Victor Vran with my girlfriend and suddenly the Movie/TV app popped from nowhere... which led us to our death in game -_-, I though we accidently triggered
the app with my Kinect, so I turned off the Kinect and it kept happening anyways, I decided to take ultimate action upon the problem and uninstalled the Movie/TV app from my console, but guess what? The Microsoft store app kept popping randomly instead!!!
It went off as it came by, randomly stopped annoying us after about 15 minutes.

Something is wrong with that Xbox One console, and I can't wait for a new trade deal at a video game store... I should have jumped on the black friday deal at ebgames... Trade-in your old Xbox One, and get an Xbox One S for 50$... I regret not doing it... I
hope on boxing day there will be another deal similar to that.

I have the same problem. Just spoken to Microsoft support. They are aware of the issue but won't do anything about it as I am out of warranty. They say it is a hardware problem. Rubbish product. I previously had all past PlayStation consoles with any problems.
Why o why did I want to try something new. Selling this junk and buying a PlayStation.
