    Guten Abend zusammen,

    welche Möglichkeiten gibt es, das vorgefertigte Garantiedatum im Konto zu ändern?

    Hintergrund:

    In meinem Konto ist eine Microsoft XBox One X (1TB) angelegt.

    Die Seriennr. stimmt mit dem Gehäuse überein.

    Es handelt sich um die weiße "RoboWhite"-Edition (Bundle w/ Fallout 76), welche erst im November 2018 erschien.

    Kaufdatum des Händlers 2018-11-23

    Herstellergarantie bis 2021-06-01 (lt. Konto)

    Das sind rund 30 Monate, statt 36 Monate, welche Microsoft als Garantie für die One X angibt.

    Frage:

    Wie lässt sich das korrigieren?

    Background:

    My account has a Microsoft XBox One X (1TB).

    The serial no. agrees with the case.

    It is the white "RoboWhite" edition (Bundle w / Fallout 76), which appeared in November 2018.

    Dealer's date of purchase 2018-11-23

    Manufacturer warranty until 2021-06-01 (according to account)

    That's about 30 months, instead of 36 months, which Microsoft states as a guarantee for the One X.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. You will not be able to update/change your warranty end date on your own, or with the help of mods/ambassadors here. I recommend contacting a live Xbox support agent to explain the situation, and see if they
    have options for you.

    3. Select "See other options"
    4. Select Error Messages and codes
    5. Select "Show contact options"
    6. Select Request a callback from support

    Fifa 22 Xbox Series X

    Are you seeing "FIFA 22 Ultimate Edition Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S"?

    It's the edition or bundle that includes both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

    If this is the standard edition it will say if it's Xbox One or Xbox Series X game. The Xbox One version though is playable on Xbox Series X as well.

    eBay sellers are calling Xbox One with 1TB drive as "XBox One X" or "XBox 1X" for short. AFAIK - Microsoft never offered an "XBox One X"

    Xbox One X is a genuine Microsoft console. It was officially released in November 2017 with a limited number of pre-orders being released as a Project Scorpio edition.
    Another limited edition of the console was the Cyberpunk Edition.

    The Xbox One X was released as Microsoft`s most powerful console to date at the time.

    I have an Xbox One X, not the Xbox One X Scorpio edition and mine isn't slow or clunky. I think they made so adjustments to the Xbox One X after the Scorpio edition came out.

    There is no x or one requirement for Xbox one games. Xbox one x has more power that's it

    Series consoles have more powrr in spades from xbox one

    And there is no xbox one series x

    Just xbox series s or x
