Xbox One X gaming issue

Hello, i have something, that is happening to me, and i would like to see if someone is experiencing same things as me. While playing multiplayer games i have problems with something i call "synchronization" . For example in Forza Horizon 4 im playing with
my friend,that is sitting next to me and is playing on his own console forza horizon 4. We both see our TVs. So we are driving next to each other in Forza and we both see different thing on our displays. I see that im before him, that im first, but at the
same time my friend on his display see that he is before me, that he is the first. So we cant drive next to each other, its immposible for us. Another example is Call of Duty Modern Warfare. While im playing im experiencing, that players see me before i see
them. And their damage, that they are doing to me is insane. For example i see guy and i start shooting to his back, i shoot 6shots and he turn around, shoot 2 shots and it kills me. What im trying to say is that im getting damage from 2 shots like i was shot
6 times. And its the same thing like in forza, he see different things than me, and its very bad for playing. I maybe dont use right words for it, but maybe someone is experiencing or experienced the same as me and will know what i mean.

My network stats:

Download speed : 500Mbps

Upload speed : 300MBps

Packet loss : 0%

MTU : 1480

Latency : 15ms (but mostly i have like 10ms latency)

I have optic fiber connection and im using external ip adress, because i had problems with NAT type, playing with 2 Xbox consoles at the same network, connected to the same router.

If someone can help me or have something to this issue or is experiencing something like this, please write in this thread.
