Xbox one X games crashing and stuttering

I’ve had my Xbox one x for at least three years now and only recently is it having this issue. I have observed it already with Just Cause 4 and Soul Calibur 6, both digital downloads and SC6 never did this before. The game will load up and then either lag a bunch or crash on trying to load, this happens pretty consistently on the initial loading screen for JC4 and at random times for sc6 but again the game used to run fine.

What I have already tried:

Resetting the console and keeping games, etc

Factory reset deleting accounts, games everything

Power cycling, restarting, etc

Doing a clean install of each game, this I’ve done several times

The airflow seems to be fine- I had a similar issue a while back and I immediately knew it was the airflow since the console was super hot. In this case it feels fine, highly unlikely to be the issue.

I don’t know what else could be causing this. Please someone let me. Know if they’ve had this issue or how they fixed it.

I'd recommend trying a few different games, if they don't have any issues then it is most likely a problem with these specific titles. In that case, I recommend contacting the game's publishers to report these issues.

I tried Biomutant earlier today and it seemed fine. I had to delete all my other games for the factory reset so I don't have much to work with. No matter how many times I delete and reinstall the other two they still won't work, and I didn't used to have issues with Soul calibur.
