    Xbox One X froze and wont boot up


    Hi all!

    I have a big problem. I was gaming at night and first the game frozen. Not a big deal i tought just have to restart the game becouse the discord wasn't froze in the background. So i quit the game and wanted to close it to restart compleatly. But this was the moment when the whole system was froze. The console won't turn off or react to anything so i disconnected the power cord, waited 10-15 secounds and plugged it back. Pressed the power button on the console and the following happened:

    The button lit up the HDD was spinning up and stopped. And agin and agin approx 3 or 4 times while the tv said No signal.

    I have tried different cables and different ports and different tvs but didn't help at all. So i took apart the console and cleaned it cearfuly then reassemble it and bumm, hothing happend. The issue was the same as at the start.

    Is there anything i have to try or take it to a repair shop?

    Hello Desiro542, unfortunately the One S and One X were discontinued by Microsoft and no longer have the paid repair service.

    Hello Georges!

    Thank you for your fast respond!

    In this case i will go and take it to a local console repair shop and hope for the best. It is a Cyberpunk 2077 Limited edition console and i won't buy a new due to this.

    A few issues.

    Update. I got it to boot to the dashboard and when I selected notifications it froze. This happened twice. Got it to boot a third time and went into destiny played a match. Halfway through the match the sound got unsynced and lage behind overlays on th ui
    stopped showing up and the xbox froze again. Now it's back to square one.

    im having the same issue right now as well. its taking a long time to boot up to the dashboard after selecting profile and it wont load any games or apps. I cleared the system cache and that did nothing. attempted the xbox live connection test and it froze
