Xbox one x from insiders app but the Console info is still for the insiders 0S version.

I have removed my xbox one x consoles off insiders because of constant issues I was having and one of my consoles completely crashed due to an insiders update and won't power on at all, so insider programme basically bricked it and won't take any responsibility bout it . The second xbox one x is fine and in the insiders hub on my pc it says both were successfully removed from the insiders. However my console info is still reading the same Os version it had when it was on the insiders. I have reset the console however the Os does not change ... its been over 72 hrs surely this isn't right ? Any help be great before my 2nd console is bricked by insiders bugged update!

If you've previously owned either the Xbox Preview Dashboard or the Xbox Insider Hub apps, just reinstall the Xbox Insider Hub from the
Ready to Install list in My games & apps. If you can’t find it there, look for it in the Store.

NO! Unlike some games that have an Xbox One version that will upgrade to the the S|X version if you put it in a series X, NBA2K for S|X is a complete different version than the Xbox One version and it will not work if you put the disc inside of an Xbox One. Xbox One cannon run a Series X game and putting a Series X disc inside an X1 will not install the X1 version.

Is her One S enrolled in the Insider Program? She may not be but if the console was pre owned by someone who is in the insider program and the avatar beta app is installed, she will have it.

Xbox One original, Xbox One S and Xbox One X all can install the avatar beta app, it is not console specific. Check the Insider Hub App and enroll if it shows up for your ring.
