Xbox one x fraud double charges nov 14 2018. Replied was denied is unceptable

If you haven't done so already, you can reply to the email you received to have them look into it again. You can also submit a refund request again.

The only way to appeal a refund decision is to reply to the email and let them know more details. There are also many factors that come into play with refunds, for example if you had a previous refund that could hinder getting another. As per the refund
policy which is in the Microsoft service agreement that everyone accepts when setting up an account.

g. Refund Policy. Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Microsoft has charged you in error, you must contact us within 90 days
of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 90 days old. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.

Just reply to the email and explain the issue see if they will reconsider. They are the only ones that deal with refunds as of now.

got this today that i asked since nov 14 and now got reply. This happen from fallout 76 atom store sales, game is a disaster server or world never found, after sales done bank sho same item same day within seconds purchased again that i never did, demanded
refund or credit , got this reply. This is plain fraud and am reporting this abuse is not acceptable to any users.

so why can xbox always disconnected in chat mode then on phone disconnected consistantly for now months as still doing in december fallout 76 server maintance lost everything, including other actual
purchased item i did make gone. Not finding a world by fallout 76 is not xbox issues but is consistantly across many doors unaceptable.

no guarrantee of what you did buy should not just dissapear and error code on fallout 76 say unknown error cannot open or play game for unknown reasons, xbox or game problem is unknown
