Xbox one x fan too loud

I have xbox one x and got it about 10 days ago. It is not new but from guy who is the first owner of the console. Console is from 2019 a year and half old console if that matters. Everything was great first couple of days but then fan started to kick out very loud. I can't hear any ticking noise from it but just hard air kick from the back. This is not always happening, so it is not happening on home screen, actually it stops when I quit a game almost that second. It is louder when playing fifa21 digital game than when playing some other games. I have a video for example what happend after half hour playing fifa with my friend and how it sounds. So is this bad and is it just with some games? I had xbox one before and this is even louder when I had heating problem with xone. Xbox one x is not too hot at the back where air is coming out and warm on the top of console. Also I don't have any visual problems but I am scared of overheating in advanced future... It is in well ventilated area and have nothing on his sides around one meter in every direction from him. And yes it is pluged directly in the wall. I can not send it for reppair or anything like that because I am not in eu, america, asia or any country with normal microsoft support. I can not even select my region anywhere. Soo is it bad like my english?

These issues are usually due to dust getting in the intake vents blocking most of the airflow, which causes the Xbox to try to pull more air in to keep it cool. That is probably why it is making a lot of noise.

Do not block ventilation openings on the console. Even something that seems insignificant, like a disc case, may limit ventilation. Make sure the power supply, which has a built-in fan, also has adequate ventilation. See About the Xbox One power supply.

Do not place the console or power supply in a confined space, such as a bookcase, rack, or stereo cabinet, unless the space is well ventilated.

It can not be more ventilated area than this, like I said it have meter on each side of the console. And i can't see any dust at the intake vents it is not in dusty area it is just at normal room. Heat is not on because it is june and have air conditioned house. This is year and a half old console not 5 10 years old console that have dust piles inside of it...

What sort of sound are you getting? Just a super loud fan sound, or does it sound like the fan is hitting something? I get a super loud fan on my Xbox One X, but never anything more than that.

Ok I moved it and it has not shut off sense but the Xbox One X Fan noise is not constant and is still loud maybe not as loud as a jet engine like I describe before but still loud way louder than my Xbox One S and OG Xbox One, it would have a fan burst
when I'm playing which is loud and annoying and the fan noise would never be at a constant noise level while I'm playing a game.

Is there a game running in the background? Does the Xbox One X fan still kick in loud when you've fully shutdown the console and turned it on fresh?

I've noticed that my Xbox One X is usually fairly quiet, but there are some games where the fan kicks in really loud, even if they're running in the background while I watch Netflix.
