    Xbox One X fails to turn on


    As of one week ago or so, my XBox performs a hard restart to turn on every time. I normally turn it on using a controller, however the controllers now fail to connect.

    Pressing the XBox button once makes a noise, and pressing it a second time hard restarts it. Nothing is displayed on TV until the hard reset starts

    Windows 10 Xbox App not turning on / finding my Xbox One X

    Even though Instant On is enabled on the Xbox One X and that the console is on the same network as my Alienware Windows 10 Laptop, the Xbox App is unable to turn on my Xbox One X. If I go to where the Xbox One X is and turn it on that way as normal, it will
    stream to the laptop.

    The Xbox app is up to date.

    Can anyone help.

    This happened to me a couple of times, try to unplug the electricity cord in the back of the console and wait 30 seconds plug it again, and see if works...

    Exact same error on my console. Powercord sits firmly in the port, but you can wiggle it up and down quite easily. I don´t know if this is normal.

    It appears that the online purchase tries to contact the XBox and see if there is space for the download. If the x box is off OR if you are not logged on the transaction fails.

    I have a 360 and a One and noticed that when the 360 drive if full the transaction fails and then after adding the One Noticed that only a box that is turned on and logged in can purchase. I use the same account on both devices.

    Does the xbox one run on a different system or server to the seriers x as my xbox one still works
