    X box scorpio turning off

    Hallo,

    I am having a permanent cut off problem with my x box one x console. The console turned off without any forewarning whilst playing assassins creed last night. Every time i turn the console back on it gets to the green x box one screen and then always turns
    off again without fail. I have unplugged the console from both the wall socket and the power input at the back on numerous occasions but it still continues to do this. There is nothing amiss with the power cable as the console keeps powering when switched
    on but always turns off of its own accord. Have you any suggestions to fix this or shall i return the console to yourselves for an exchange. Where do i post the console to for exchange?

    Xbox one x rushed

    Bought an xbox when it first came out, 3 years I had it without any issues. Xbox one X 3 weeks and during that time nothing but problems, Microsoft get your act together. I now have to send it away for repair, why? No exchange program ? Early Xbox X adopter's
    matter towards the success of the console and Microsoft treat us as an afterthought. Any other X owners dismayed with.

    I'm having the same issue. It started happening to me on a brand new Xbox One X. Since it was still in the return window I took it back and exchanged it. The problem persists, so sending it in will fix nothing.

    Wanted to update:

    Went to the Microsoft Store and showed them the proof of the warranty expiring a day before it broke. They did me a solid and exchanged it right there for me. Took it home and it feels faster from the start! I always thought the interface was laggy and
    clunky, but it seems like I had a bad xbox one x from day one as this one runs smooth.

    Noise with Xbox one X

    My original Xbox One X had a faulty fan and made a strange buzzing sound in the back right corner. Following advice from Xbox Support I was told to either exchange the console or send in for repair. I exchanged the console at the retailer and the new one
    is almost silent and I think could even be quieter than the Xbox One. My advice would be to speak to Xbox Support and either exchange with retailer or send in for repair.

    Hi Alan.

    I have the same issue, have done full system resets, had the game exchanged, downloaded through the app but nothing has got the disk to work for me either. Other disks work fine in my console. Must be only with the series x as I’ve put the disk in an Xbox one and works fine.
