Xbox One X Everything on Full Library tab not showing up.

As of three days ago when i go to check for new games on game pass or install one of my owned games from the library it goes to a loading screen for a few minutes before saying We're having trouble getting your stuff. I've been checking around Microsoft help guides and all it says is to sign out, reset console, and refresh internet. Ive done all that and it still says its having trouble according to my console there are no connection problems and everything should be running smoothly. The microsoft service page even says things are working when its not so any solution would be great.

thanks for responding so quickly, but the issue i have is when i go onto that tab nothing shows up under full library, its just blank, is this a known issue?

I've restarted my console many times, and it still showing up on the gamepass library to this day 6th January AND still says "launch/play" on the title inside the gamepass library tab.

If it's been removed then why is it still showing up in that specific tab showing that it's still there and playable?

I have the old Xbox one , and I’m having a problem with the games not showing up in the full library. These games were bought and played with plenty of times . I don’t know why it’s not showing up anymore

Im having that problem right now. I just got internet back since we’ve been in quarantine and i go into mu full library because i wanted to re-install GTA V and play some online, and its not even there!!! And so i go to the store to see if i can install
it from there, but now its asking me in purchase it all again! And i still have the game pinned to home, if i ho to that, it brings me to the store to buy it again. I don’t want to have to purchase a game i’ve had for over a year. Ive tried power cycling,
unplugging, reconnecting to my internet, removing my account and adding it back onto my xbox, nothing works! Please help!!
