XBox One X Error code 0x801901f4 0x00000000 0x00000202

"There Was a problem with the update"

I received these three codes when I tried to start my Project Scorpio Xbox One X today. I tried a restart, a hard restart and "soft factory reset" suggested by a thread from 2019 for the first error code. I couldn't find anything about the other to codes. I went through the factory reset then set up the the console using the Xbox app on my phone. No luck. Same error codes.

I just purchased an xbox S. I am trying to play games but kept getting the same message as others. How do I bypass the update to play? Do I really need the update, is there a work around. I haven't even played one game. Not the best introduction to Xbox...I hope this is rare.

LOL that makes sense hhaha.

I checked it out immediately as soon as i saw the error and it was only showing up the alert for NBA2k...well....tbh, i reset my whole xbox (it was already due to a fresh restart xD) so at least now i can start anew hahaha.
