    HELP! I've barely used my Xbox One X 10 times. There's only one game downloaded. I tried to download a second game & somewhere along the way I got that error code 0x800401fb. It happens now when I hit the home button on my controller & when I try to open
    an app. I can't sign in or do anything. My Xbox is basically disabled & I don't know what to do about it. Please help a brother out. Thanks.

    Another one of this error for me and the error code search gives me nothing

    Odd that there are already a few others posts with others having the same problem.

    tired going to setting to check the network and other bits but got s different error message 0x800401fb

    mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.
