Xbox one X - endlessly loading on start up, freezing randomly, very slow, games will not...

I just want to clarify, when you mentioned "soft reset" do you mean a factory reset keep my games and apps?

Same here man, mine started at about 1ish? I cant remember what time but I start up the xbox, goes to xbox green screen for about 5-10 min then goes to a grey or black screen for about the same time then Gradually loads in all of my apps, I then try clicking
on a game and it freezes or Starts to load in but stops and a notification pops up that says “sorry this game took too long to load”

I just wanna enjoy me some quarantine. I thought I was the only one with slow dashboards and freezing. HELP US PLEASE

Also.... To limit build ups and slow loads....

1) Don't carry excess keys

2) Routinely clear game cache (hold LB + RB + X while starting up game)

3) Limit amount of existing saves. The more separate saves, the more the game clutters up.

4) Avoid randomly dropping stuff on the ground. If you need to unload, put it in a chest or a body. This clutters the game memory a lot too.

I do have it installed. Seems my whole xbox is struggling. Very slow to log in when I start BO2 getting a black screen and freeze up

This has been happening to me and a lot of my friends as well. It started 3 days ago and all of xbox loads very slow and a lot of the time we will get "some xbox live is not available at this time" (or something like that I forget the exact wording now).
Randomly get disconnected from live, or it says connected but also says we need to connect..... Everything from the start up is very slow, loading into the home page and so on. Have tried everything on my end with no luck. As it is not just me having the issue
I have to assume it is not a connection issue. None of us having the problem even live in the same state, let alone town.

I hope someone can shed some light on this problem. It is not constant, but it does get annoying when we get booted randomly for days.
