Discus and support Xbox One X: EA Access Game will not launch in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I got EA Access today to play the trials for NSF Heat and PVZ (new one).     Xbox One X: EA Access Game will not launch


    I got EA Access today to play the trials for NSF Heat and PVZ (new one). I downloaded both games, but when trying to play either of them I am greeted with the "Do you own this game or app?" message. I uninstalled both games, re-downloaded them, signed
    out of my account and did a hard reset of the console and still got the same message. Please help, I hope I didn't spend $5 for nothing.

    Hey there PrettyColt64119,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your subscription working the games that you downloaded. I can totally understand any concern felt at dealing with this. If you just recently got the subscription, I suggest

    removing and redownloading     your profile to resolve this.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

    EA could do just like microsoft with the gamepass, launching their games on EA access on launch day.
