Xbox One X Download/Internet Issues

Anyone else having issues with the Xbox One X cutting out half way through installing a game? Or being extremely slow? Took literally 3 or 4 days to install a 25GB game...

We have 2 other consoles in the house, one being the first xbox one, the other is an S. Both have no issues at all.

Did have an issue with the MAC filtering but fixed it up. It worked fine within the first week but has just decided to give up. Also signs out our accounts randomly.

Any ideas? Starting to seem like an absolute waste of money paying for the "better" console..

Could it be an issue on my internet provider's end specifically affecting my Xbox One X? As I have my classic Xbox One plugged in along side my Xbox One X and can see it still performing downloads at a significantly faster speed then my Xbox One X.

Has the Xbox One X had that issue? I had my original Xbox One and there some ups and downs and it may be the update. I would say do a hard reset on your console. See if that works or try checking your internet service provider.

Already tried these things and unfortunately didnt work.

Also keeps signing out the main account on the console which then kicks you from the game you're playing.. getting extremely frustrating, but we're basically unable to use the console and it's been a waste of money.. not to mention the money we're paying
for game pass and gold live which is now going to waste.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your games installed.

If they are stalling during download and your speed is alright, then I would suggest checking out the steps here on
Troubleshoot slow game or apps downloads on Xbox One.

Already tried doing a hard reset. And it's not the internet, if it was, all our consoles would be slow. We tried all the obvious things. Even tried resetting the setting on our internet modem, tried making sure all other devices/consoles connected to our
network were 100% off.

No matter what we've tried, it screws up
