Xbox one X doesn't receive updates for games

Hi this problem has been happening for about 2 months now. The fist case of the xbox not updating a game was a Destiny 2 update for the Menagerie. I could launch the game and get to the loading screen but it wouldn't load me into the playable part. I got
the error code nightingale and I did all the possible steps but it still didn't work. After a week of no destiny, call of duty went out as well, I could play the game just not online. Then it was GTA V, once again can play offline, And finally Minecraft. I
can confirm that it is not receiving any updates for the games because Minecraft is in 1.12.0, GTA V there is no casino update, And Destiny because I just can't play it. Please help, I love these games and I don't want to see Rocket League and Siege go under
as well.

Reinstalling the game may work too.

Hi Macmers,

Sorry for all the issues you are having. When you factory reset did you keep games and apps? If so try a full factory reset where you wipe everything. Before that though, do you get any errors when trying to add the profiles back on? Also, the internet connection
is good? Make sure to run both the network and multiplayer and see if they say its all good.

I don't know how, and I don't know if there Is even a game problem anymore because I can't get my profiles back on!

have you tried hard resetting your xbox? and uninstalling/ reinstalling the game?
