    Well. I'm sure I'm crying in the same ocean of tears like most people people here. We are in the 21st century and we really have still to reset every single day our router to connect to Xbox live?! It doesn't matter if I use a wireless or wired connection.
    Every time I try to connect to Xbox live after starting the Xbox one X I'm offline! Can't Microsoft fix this very annoying problem finally after this many years customer complain about it? I'm a Microsoft customer since decades. But I'm really thinking about
    to trade in my Xbox X Scorpio for a Playstation pro if this poor service continues! Sorry to write this now after many, many years: Microsoft get your **** together! Before you bring out another NEW product, please fix your stupid problems first. We who secure
    your income deserve a better understanding! Resetting every time the router / modem (in the early years) is stone age resolution and very annoying if everything else (including my cheap Chinese cell phone) connects with absolutely no issues on the network!
    I'm expecting that customer service will address this issue now immediately after all this years customers have complained about it!

    Cannot connect to Xbox Live within Fallout 3

    After starting Fallout 3, the Xbox One states "Getting Xbox 360 Info". Upon completion and starting the game, it attempts to connect to Xbox Live but will not connect; therefore, game data cannot be saved. Does anyone else have this issue??

    cannot connect to xbox live after paying online. it says the purchase has gone through but when i try to connect to a mw3 xbox live game it says 'The current profile is not allowed to play on x box live'. This is my only xbox profile, bought the gold membership
    20min ago and does not work, does it take time? do i need a redeem code after purchasing off the x box website? any help will be greatful, thanks

    I am also having problems connecting to Xbox live on my Xbox one x. Unable to access destiny 2 or Elite dangerous on the new console yet have no problems accessing the. From my Xbox one which is connected to the same broadband connection via the same switch.

    Xbox wont automatically sign in after update

    On any given start-up my Xbox will either connect after testing or repeatedly fail to connect seemingly without any form or pattern to follow. It seems to connect when it wants to (only after testing connection, logging out of profile)

    One of my failed attempts to diagnose the problem was getting the Xbox to connect to Live after testing connection through the XBL Troubleshoot menus, and then rebooting the Xbox (when it would connect to Live) to see if I would be automatically logged into
    Xbox Live from that point on... but the Xbox shoes no signs of doing what it used to do just under a week ago. Does anyone suggest I contact Microsoft and see if this will require repair? I'm positive my Elite is still under warranty.

    Connection Issue w/ Multiple Xbox's - Same Connection

    Please leave DHCP on, don't use fixed ip addresses. If all of your devices use DHCP you cannot get a clash.

    Start up one Xbox and run the Xbox live connection test (does it report a NAT issue?)

    Then sign that Xbox into Xbox live marketplace and start the second Xbox and run the Xbox live connection test (does it report a NAT issue?)

    Could you please post up the first 2 or 3 digits of the WAN ip address of the Dlink as well

    I'm having a problem with my Xbox One X whereby it never connects to Xbox Live or my internet on start up. I have to go to network settings and disconnect and reconnect my router to it and do a hard reset just to get it to connect. My old Xbox One never
    had this issue.
