    Xbox One X Disconnection


    Hey guys,

    I was just wondering if many of you were disconnecting from live randomly all the time. It happens intermittently where the console will just disconnect, despite there being a strong wireless connection. It is frustrating now as beforehand, I had the original
    Xbox One and it never had intermittent disconnection issues, but since upgrading to the One X, it happens all the time. I was told by an "expert" that a lot of people have been having the same issue and Microsoft need to work on a patch to get it sorted.

    I've attempted all the resetting solutions and official help solutions via the website but nothing seems to work. I'll do a hard reset etc and when I reconnect, it just disconnects again further down the line. Just wondering if anyone else was having the
    same issue, and if so, what have they done about it? Was the console sent off? Am I missing a detail? What is the outcome. It's getting so frustrating especially when I'm playing online.

    Hey Mr. Slendy Roger - glad you're enjoying your Xbox One X (somewhat), I know I love mine! As for the disconnecting issues, that's a bummer. Have you tried the steps at the

    So i got a one x runs well and is overall great, HOWEVER it keeps disconnecting every 10 to 20 minutes now, Ive tried looking up a solution to this problem but haven't found anything, it also said that my last xbox one had no problems like this, so I was
    wondering if there is a solution to this, because i can't play with friends or online games if this keeps happening
