Xbox One X disc read error on digital downloads

Discus and support Xbox One X disc read error on digital downloads in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've download Call of Duty warzone on my Xbox One X and it keeps giving me a disk read error 3.1 .     Xbox One X disc read error on digital downloads


    I've download Call of Duty warzone on my Xbox One X and it keeps giving me a disk read error 3.1 . I've completely deleted the game and re-downloaded it 4 time. it'll work for an hour or two and then starts doing it again and then goes into a disk read
    error loop at the title screen. does anyone know how to fix this. I tried to contact Activision and Call of Duty to no avail.

    Xbox One Series S - I'm confused

    You have names mixed up. There are no consoles named the Xbox One Series S or Xbox One Series X.

    The Xbox One/One S/One X all have a disc drive.

    The Xbox One S All Digital Edition does not have a disc drive.

    The Xbox Series X has a disc drive.

    The Xbox Series S does not have a disc drive.

    All the consoles can play backward compatible games. The Series S and One S all digital edition can only play games digitally downloaded.

    The other consoles can play games from disc and from digitally downloaded,

    I hope this clears things up for you.

    HALO 4 and digital copy (marketplace download) Also any other new game...

    they should be all digital downloads or at least give us that option to either buy the game disc copy or buy it $15 cheaper digitally! and another reason they should make them digital download (ac 3,X COM, etc.) eventually your 360 will not read the game
    disk any longer no matter if you buy the cleaning kit or not! so in a way what good are those game disc if they can't no longer be read. I am one for DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. becuase my 360 can no longer read game discs. I'm on my 7th 360 console!. I can't play halo
    4! becuase my console can't read it! and I refuse to buy a new 360 console ( which would be my 8th one) becuase the same problem will show it self!. so I'M ALL FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. hopefully the 720 or what ever the new microsoft home console will be named,
    will have digital download. and hopefully it won't cost us $400 or $500

    First, it is important to point out that a physical game can't be converted to a digital one because the game license is attached to the disc itself.

    Besides that, would I know, is an Xbox Series X or Xbox One the one that doesn't read the disc?
    Additionally, the other console that read the disc, is an Xbox One, or a Series X?

    Moreover, is this EA FC24 for both the Xbox One and Series X, or only for one of those consoles? You can check this by looking at the box.

    Have you tried a new game that you have not downloaded the patch to play on xbox one x.

    The error codes getting are 0x8082000c when trying a disc

    Getting error code 0x80070002 when trying digital.

    All troubleshooting steps were attempted and still getting this problem
