okay guys so recently on my xbox I've been buying games digitally and it doesn't show up in the games segment on the xbox it only shows up when i go to recently installed or put a pin on it to my dashboard other then that and i lose the recently installed
game it stays installed but when i go to the game it tells me to reinstall even after i lunch the game from storage it tells me to reinstall using more and more of my storage the affected games so far are Skyforge and GTA 5

Xbox One Dashboard Slow & Laggy

I went on vacation for 10 days and remember the Xbox One dashboard being fast and responsive with no issues prior to leaving. After returning, I've noticed the dashboard is slower and laggy, to the point where it's annoying. I've done a hard reset and also gave it a few days before typing this, still the same. Was there an update or something? Anyone else experiencing issues?

I'm not in the preview program and on an Xbox One X.

I have the same problem. Ive installed games (some from the Xbox pass, not sure if that matters) and nothing shows up in my games list. The games I have installed will show up on my home screen when I scroll down, but theres also no option to uninstall or
manage the game. Kinda driving me nuts.

I have the same thing, my Xbox one s has the new dashboard but my series x doesn't have it

The new dashboard for Xbox One should be released for everyone around November time, just in time for release of the Series X/S.

Hey there zGhost4!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this difficulty.

I would say that if it is only affecting the dashboard, that a good troubleshooting step for you to go ahead and try would be a soft factory reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.
