Xbox One X dashboard is a light grey washed out colour when using dark theme

The Xbox One X dashboard theme is not working properly when using dark theme, it appears as a light grey colour throughout the dashboard and looks a bit washed out. It does not like if it is working properly as when I go to theme settings and toggle between
light theme and dark theme, the dark theme briefly appears as a black dark theme and then goes light grey and stays like that.

Is there any fix for the dark theme not showing up as black?

Is this related to the bug with elevated black levels, blacks showing as grey on the UHD player when watching UHDs?

Eye Color?

Human races (Imperial, Nord, Redguard, Breton):

From what I can see all Human races have the same colour presets:

1 - Light brown

2 - Light brown, Cataract

3 - Cataracts

4 - Light green or hazel

5 - Light green/hazel, Cataract

6 - Brown

7 - Cataract, Brown

8 - Brown, Cataract

9 - Brown with bloodshot whites

10 - Light blue

11 - All black with no pupil (or all pupil?)

12 - Light brown, Light green/hazel

13 - Grey or very light blue

14 - Light green/hazel, Light brown

15 - Brown (nearly amber)

16 - Light blue ( a darker shade than #10)

17 - Blue

18 - Cataract, Blue

19 - Blue with bloodshot whites

20 - Steel grey

21 - Cataract, Grey (darker than #20)

22 - Light brown/almost orange

 

Weapon Skin Ratings

You know what, I was looking at the "Tribal" skin and then it hit me. Not only are they tiger stripes instead of splotches, but they're missing the full range of camo colour spectrum.

Green camo (Jungle Normal Camo) would need Green, Beige, Brown, and Black. Tribal only has Light Green and Dark Green.

Arctic Camo would need White, Light Grey, Dark Grey, and Black. It only has Dark Grey and Black.

.

The Desert set looks passable because it appears to have three shades. Tribal and Arctic simply are too basic in their design.

To better illustrate this, I may pull out a selection of camo bandannas tomorrow and take screenshots with my Mossberg. It's kind of like the Gnasher, except it has 250 yards more range.
