Xbox One X Crashing

I have an Xbox One X that did a system update to the October 2020 update on November 6, 2020. The system worked perfectly when I was playing on November 5th, but after the update, no games will work on the system anymore.

Some games will crash when I first open a game, some crash about 1 minute into the game. My most played game Fallout 4, actually not only crashes but will even crash the console and the whole system turns off. Things I've tried include soft and hard reset,
next I unplugged the system, cleaned it, and blew the dust out with canned air, and lastly, I performed a full factory reset twice now. The first time I left the games and apps installed, the second time I had it delete everything. However, doesn't matter
what I do the system will still crash when trying to play any game. Games I've tried include Fallout 4, Hotshot Racing, Outer Wilds, PUBG, and Battlefield 5.

Apps and anything in the Xbox interface has no issues, I'm at a loss as to how to proceed, I'm just guessing it had to be that update, but there is no way to go back to the previous update. This is a first-year Xbox One X, the Project Scorpio edition. If
anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.
