Xbox one x crashing

I got my x a year and a half ago, and all was well until around a month ago,

first one game would crash a few times, then 5-6 times in a day, then fine the next day, then crashes again, i thought it was just game crashes at first,

fallout 76 has been known to dashboard a lot, but now a ton of my games are crashing to dashboard,

fo76, forza horizon 4, black ops 3, farcry 5/ new dawn, average time to crash is 3-5 minutes,

can happen during gameplay, or just sitting at game menus,

other games like skyrim, no mans sky, master chief collection, ace combat 7,

are all running fine, and in all this game crashing i have had 3-4 hard console crashes where the sound is garbled and it powers off moments later,

ive tried all the basic bs troubleshooting steps, cache power cycle, soft reset, full reset, having games on my external ssd media, and on the internal drive, cleaned out dust, fan is running,

Nothing has worked thus far,

It is driving me nuts!

Also, All these crashes have been since the system update that changed the xbox store and xbox button drop down menu.
