    Xbox One X crashing


    I am having issues with my Xbox One X crashing during game play. It will either be the screen freezes and then the console restarts, or the color/screen goes a bizarre look and freezes, or I get graphical artifacts during gameplay but no crash. Sometimes
    they happen with the frequency of twice an hour, depending on the activity I am doing.

    Are you on an Xbox One X, by chance? There were some known issues in Metro Exodus with crashing and freezing on the Xbox One X, sadly. Hopefully these issues will be getting patched very soon.
