    Hello Community

    My Xbox One X makes a weird long beep and crashes when I play big budget, high graphics games (like RDR2 and AC: Odyssey) within 15 minutes of play duration. The crash is accompanied with the Xbox light on the console and the controller, both, flashing unceasingly.

    How do I fix this?

    The funny thing is that this happens with AAA games only, other games work flawlessly for hours. That makes me think this has something to do with the Graphics processing of the console.

    I have tried resetting the console (with the keep games and apps option) but that didn't help. I used to be in the Xbox Insider program, but then I left that too.

    Over the last few months, this situation has completely left my Xbox unusable for me.

    I have finally managed to get a service order issues for repair/replacement of the console and have gotten it shipped.

    Hope I get my device back soon. Fingers crossed.

    I have tried unplugging it for a few minutes. Also tried a soft reset (keeping my library and games). But that didn't help at all.

    I was on the XBox Insiders Beta, I left that and then did a hard reset. There seems to be some performance improvement as of now, but It's been just a day and I want to keep this under observation for a week.

    The console is not plugged into a wall outlet. Its plugged into an APC BackUPS 1500.

    I tried doing that and realised that a call back can only be requested on a weekday, so I am going to try again tomorrow.

    Sadly, no response on the tweet yet. Maybe that will work on a weekday only as well.
