    Xbox One X crashes Forza4 everytime at start of app


    Bought Forza4 for a new Xbox One X from the game store.

    Installed with all updates, etc.

    Crashes during load screen everytime.

    Tried the common uninstall, hard reboot, re-install and same problem persists.

    I would prefer to not reset to factory defaults since many online forum posts indicate others have tried this and it failed.

    I am essentially out of patience and ready to ask for a refund - of which might be as difficult to obtain as getting the game to actually work as advertised.
