Xbox one x crashes after 30min of gameplay

Hello,

So ive already reached out to support about this and went through their troubleshooting steps or resets (both hard and system). Basically with movies or apps the system is fine but once you try playing any game after about 30-45min the entire thing freezes
and shuts off. Ubisoft games last minutes to seconds depending on which one and activision is a steady 45. Currious if this is my personal system only or if this is all xbox one x. Its barely a week old and has been happening from day one.

I had a faulty second hand One X that did the same thing. I now have a brand new one that works perfectly.

So unfortunately sounds like yours is faulty.

do you have your Xbox wired to the main power outlet or via extension? if via extension it could be that your Xbox is not getting the full amount of power it needs.

Check the ventilation holes on the sides of the console for dust accumulation and clean each one. I vacuum clean mine when the console is disconnected from power.

Sudden shutdown indicates overheating.

Ich kann dir da persönlich nur eins sagen habe die Scorpio version der xbox x und ich habe dieses auch ab und zu bei cod modern warfair und bei spielen die mal dazu führen ukd mal nicht ..

Aber ziehe mal strom kabel raus aus der box drehe es mal um und stecke es wieder rein in den anschluss der box bewirkt wunder , oder deine xbox geht danach nicht an so war es bei vielen anderen schon der fall nei erscheinen der xbox x . Bei mir bewirkt drehen
das sie fast rund läuft seit dem und full shutdown fast ausgeschlossen ist ausser cod versucht es ...

warum auch immer es so ist keine ahnung nur auf dem kabel sieht man + und - bei mir und die seite hat wohl sinn mit zahlen eine und die andere ohne .. denke mit dem drehen weisst du wie es gemeint ist

hilfreich wäre zu wissen ob die box piep und blink die leuchte am gerät ?? Bleibt der controller dabei an oder blinkt er danach nur wenn die aus geht .. da es zwei verschiedene fehler darstellt ...

Weil version nummer 2 wäre im betrieb 10 mal schnell sync drücken dann passiert bei meiner genau das sie komplett ausgeht wie der fehler der beim spielen passiert ...

hoffe die simplen sachen helfen dir weiter . Da einige dinge die xbox x nicht mag womit die xbox og und xbox s kein problem haben ..

I also have forza horizon 5 but the issue doesn't happen. But now the same is happening with rdr2 after 20-30mins of gameplay. Tried running as admin or compatibility mode.

Unde event viewer, two error codes show with rdr2 after 2 diff crashes, one is the access violation, another is kernelbase.dll fault
