Xbox One X controller quality

About a month ago I bought a One S halo bundle and was loving it. Then I decided to upgrade to a new 4K w/ hdr so I figured “what the hell?” and got a One X as well. My concern/inquiry is that both controllers appear identical other than color, except the
Xbox button. Either way, the buttons on the black X controller seem to be a good deal looser where as the S controller is super tight. I guess I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this with the X controller and is it something I should be concerned
about? Even if it doesn’t fail right away, will the warranty cover a replacement?

Elite: Dangerous Xbox One

So im not going mental, the new patch is broken

Xbox One X - Performance/Quality mode switch is broken.

 

Controller becoming unresponsive

Xbox one x Scorpio

Controller keeps losing sync with console.

To fix I need to remove batteries and then re insert them and turn on controller.

Tested normal Xbox one controller for 24h and can not replicate fault.

I did not pay £450 for a faulty product.

Had 2 Xbox 360 with ring of death

Had 1 Xbox one die after 13months

Can you move production to a country that can produce decent quality goods and not this cheap Chinese crap

 

The warranty will definitely cover any manufacturing defects, if this is the case.

If this really worries you, look into swapping the system for another one with your retailer for the quickest solution. Otherwise, you can
arrange a repair with Microsoft.
