Xbox one x controller needs to be reconnected every time i switch on the console.

I've followed the instructions on xbox website and i've also done the factory reset but it din't work.

No option to send it to repair in India :3

Please suggest the needful !!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Have you updated the controller firmware? You do this by connecting the controller with a USB cable to your xbox, go to Setters > Devices & Accessories > Click on the controller > Update.

Yep Im another person where this happens. I've had 2 x New Xbox's, 2 x New Controllers, 2 x Xbox Stereo Adapters.

Problem still persists. I've tried everything.
