    I sent an xbox one x controller to be repaired/exchanged two weeks ago (is still in warranty period), Repair order status shows that you haven't received the device, I have the USPS delivery confirmation, there is no phone or e-mail address that I know how
    to contact you, what is going on? how can I contact you?

    Xbox day one controller LB wobbles, and makes odd noises.

    Hey there, you can request an exchange/repair
    here    . I'm not sure if they can guarantee a Day One controller in return however.

    Noise with Xbox one X

    My original Xbox One X had a faulty fan and made a strange buzzing sound in the back right corner. Following advice from Xbox Support I was told to either exchange the console or send in for repair. I exchanged the console at the retailer and the new one
    is almost silent and I think could even be quieter than the Xbox One. My advice would be to speak to Xbox Support and either exchange with retailer or send in for repair.

    In this case I would recommend for you to contact Live Support so they can assist you further in checking the status of the order, here in the forums we don't have the tools to view this.

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
    no thanks,pick the category(Warranty and Service)and just pick a contact method

    1. Yes the Xbox One controller will work fine on the Series X console.

    3. If you purchased the console from your local retailer, then you will need to take all of it back for an exchange, or you could send the controller back to Microsoft for repair.
