Xbox one x continuesly disconnects from wifi

Every night the one x disconnects from my wifi.

I get knocked out of games and xbox live as well.

I have set up the port forwarding as shown one other discussions but it still occurs. Sometimes it recovers fast enough to not lose connection but most times I get completed dropped. Doesn't happen with wired connection. This is happening with both my
Asus ROG GT-AC5300 router and the Xfinity cable modem/wireless router. I have been unable to find a solution online and I can't seem to find a way to contact support directly which is irritating considering I pay for a service that I am having trouble using.
This is not a interference issue the one x is on its own frequency range and the signal strength never dips below strong. Also no other devices in the house suffer disconnects from the wireless with either the CM/router or the Asus.

This never happened with the xbox one and my friends do not have any issues even without port forwarding on the xbox one. This only occurs on the one x. What is going on with this thing.

Hardwired the Xbox one x never has a problem. ....

In that case, Microsoft is investigating reports of people that have trouble with WiFi staying connected.

If you want to help in that case, please download the Xbox Insider App, and whenever you lose connectivity to your WiFi, hold the Xbox button on the controller, and go to the Feedback/Report a problem tile.

Choose the most appropriate category for your issue, and then describe when and what happened. Then send in the report through the Insider App.

If you're adventurous, you might even try to sign up for gamma or beta ring preview software, to find out if they have improved the WiFi in newer builds.

This can also be internet related, depending on the amount of devices using the same internet you can be disconnected. People confuse fast internet with strong internet all the time, I did, I had to increase the amount of devices that can use the internet
from 8 to 20 It cost me an extra 5 dollars. Now I have no issues. My friend used to be disconnected every time his sister used Snapchat, he did the same as me and has no problems either now.

I came here to ask the exact same question.

I too have searched online, and on so many threads and forums, but there's been no solid answer, and any MS rep in MS Support forums don't reply once they see that their initial solution didn't work.

My Xbox One was fine too, this is only happening with my One X. I'm in the same boat as OP ^

the issue prior to attempting to contact Support, just to be sure that everything may have been covered that is possible.

It's going to ask you to pick the category(Xbox One)if you do not want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,then pick the topic (Can't connect to Xbox Live ) and it will offer solutions, then select "Show Contact Options"just pick a contact
method (request a call from support or Chat is faster). If you do not see the method you would like, then just try different combinations of category and topics until you find the one to best suit your needs.
