Xbox One X Console Keeps Shutting off

Hello!

I have a Xbox One X which keeps shutting off randomly. I am not sure what is causing the shut off, but the vents are not blocked, they have been air dusted and cleaned, and yet my console keeps shutting off. What's worse is that they want $250+ to repair
it since it's out of warranty. Does anyone else have this type of issue with the Xbox One X and what do I do about it? Please help!

further more reading what my fellow ambassadors have mentioned to you, ensure that you have it completely in the open and not in a closed space even if it has ventilation around it as it may not be enough. also ensure you dont have anything laying on top of
the console or below the console.

The console will only turn off or not turn on if a problem has been detected and to keep you the consumer safe this feature ensures it wont cause any serious harm or injury to you if the console is indeed defectlive.

Maybe your console is overheating so automatically turns itsself off too prevent anything bad happening.

Tried to controllers and both do the same thing. A quick fix is to hard wire your controller. It's a temp fix but it works. galaxy S4 cable works perfect
