Check your network connection: Make sure that your Xbox One X is connected to a stable and strong Wi-Fi signal. You can also try using an Ethernet cable to connect your console directly to your router for a more stable connection.

Restart your router: Sometimes, simply restarting your router can help improve your internet speed. Try unplugging your router, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in.

Clear your Xbox One X cache: Clearing your console's cache can help improve its performance. To do this, go to "Settings" > "System" > "Storage" > "Clear local saved games" and select "Yes".

I always get a much greater download speed on my Xbox One than I do on my PS4 or my Switch. Only my PC gets better download speeds out of all of the formats that I use. Sorry to hear that you're having issues though, if you've only got slow speeds on your
Xbox and not on other devices then you may have some network connectivity issues.

I'm the opposite. My PS4 downloads faster than my X but slower than my original One.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Are you connecting the console to the network through an ethernet cable or WiFi? The ethernet cord will give a better download speed. There are different categories of ethernet cords that allocate different
speeds. An example is the CAT6 which allows a Gigabit of download speed. We recommend making sure there are no applications, games or other downloads that are active as this can slow down the overall download speed. The article entitled
