XBOX ONE X console Flashing screen

My xbox is with the screen flashing non-stop, sometimes even turned on does not present the screen on the TV, when it appears it does not stop flashing.

Hello Denilson,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with a blank screen. We recommend trying out the
troubleshoot wizard for blank screen. Please be sure to try all of these
and let us know. If still having issue not seeing anything you may want to think on getting the console repaired. You can set one up on the
device support page.

I just got my xbox one x (Sept 30th 2018). After doing the initial updates once booted everything seemed fine that day. Now I'm getting the snowy screen that flashes on and off. The console will probably work for about an hour. I have to unplug HDMI and
re-plug in order to get screen back. Why hasn't Microsoft responded to this post?????

Hello Secret,

Could you try a direct connection with the HDMI to the TV and see if that is any different?

Hey Virgo,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! If you haven't already, we encourage you to try a

Soft Factory Reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.
Select Keep My Games and Apps

Make sure you know your email and password as you will be asked to log back in. Let us know if this helps you out!
