Xbox One X console experiencing Teredo error every 30 minutes.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. With a Teredo this is to do with your router, not the Xbox. Something in the router is causing this issue. Here is the

troubleshoot guide for multiplayer. There you will see cant get a Teredo IP address, you can follow the guide. As you go through it, you will notice almost all steps are dealing with your network hardware.

You can usually solve this by resetting your console. The instructions are:

Settings > System > Console info > Reset Console > Reset and keep my games & apps

Most Teredo errors can be solved by performing a simple reset as described above. If the error still persists after a reset, then I would think that the problem is on your network's end. Anyway, before we jump down that rabbit hole, you ought to attempt
the steps above and let me know if that helped.

both the xbox’s were connected to the same internet, the one that worked was a series s the one didn’t was series x. yes, my console is up to date. i get kicked out of my games every 30 minutes..yes i am referring to factory resets.

I've experienced the Teredo IP error!

To fix it, you need to make sure your network meets the Xbox One minimum requirements. It can't be resolved through your console, only through your router settings.

Exact same issue. Xbox one series X. Constant buffering every 5 minutes and errors saying can’t play.
