When i clip something, the clips turns out all laggy and choppy. Another problem is that it keeps disconnecting from the internet. I have done a hard reset but that only temporarily solved the problem.

If you're using WiFi (wireless) to connect to your network hardware, try wired ethernet connection instead. You may be getting wireless signal interference.

Troubleshoot a wired connection may assist you if you're already using wired connection.

All xbox clips are laggy and choppy when you first watch them becuase thet need to load and upload to xbox live before they are “fully watchable 1080p resolution.” With the internet problem, all i can suggest is that you visit xbox.support.com to chat to
an xbox employe to sort the problem or possibly send in your xbox to be repaired.

The clips are already uploaded online. They're laggy and rolling at like 20FPS~

I don't have any DVDs but the bluray player is quite laggy as well. Choppy as hell in 4k on the xbox one s.
