    Xbox one X can't see installed games and content.


    When console is connected to the internet – all installed games and content are shown, but when i turn off the console, and some time later turn it on without internet connection - installed games and content NOT shown. So how to fix this problem? Cold
    console boot, restarts, don't help, console is updated with the last update.

    Hello there,

    First of all make sure you set your Xbox as Home xbox, then in game list make sure the filter set to all games.
