Xbox One X bugs

Just set up my Xbox One X and am having the following issues:

The following imported digital download games freeze on load screen:

Forza Motorsport 5

Castle Storm Definitive

I've also noticed that the audio on the backwards conpatible games is bad, missing parts of the background and dialog sound and the gameplay is laggy.

Guys, this thing cost me a fortune, why the heck is it not working like something the price tag promises it to be?

Xbox One X startup bug

I guess I'm frustrated enough to post on a forum.

Xbox One X worked normally for probably 2.5 weeks out of the box, no issues.

2 days ago I powered on my Xbox via controller. Instead of the normal "signing you in" notification, I was met with the "4k chip" video followed by the "green Xbox logo"... something I'd expect if I unplugged and moved my Xbox, which I hadn't.

This would all be fine except the green Xbox logo screen seemed to be frozen (it normally is a video that has a light pulse telling you the hard drive is initializing or loading..). After 5-7 minutes of little(glitchy) to no movement on this screen, my TV
goes black. The Xbox is still on but there seems to be no signal. After a button mash or two(checking responsiveness), the only response I get is holding the "X" controller button which functions normally by giving me the option to turn off my Xbox or Controller.

Tech support tells me to factory reset using the "Hold eject and pair buttons, while pressing the power buttons". After choosing to reset Xbox, keeping games installed, the Xbox boots with out of the box quality with normal response time during the setup
menu. I sign in and land at the home screen with everything feeling normal. When I go to boot up a game I'm met with "preparing this game for you, it could take a minute", it loads up soon after. After an hour or so of gameplay, I shut the Xbox off with the
controller thinking everything is resolved (my Xbox is configured for "instant on" as opposed to "power saving mode").

The next day I power on my Xbox with the controller, as usual, and I'm once again met with the "4k chip" and "green Xbox logo" glitch-takes forever to load-with no helpful error codes-finally loads to a black screen and does nothing-issue.

Considering factory reset, wiping everything to include games. Just hoping there is a fix that doesn't require re-downloading gigantic 4k games, utilizing 500GB's of my Internet data... .......... AGAIN.

I feel as though Microsoft pushed a system update and, for whatever reason when downloading or applying, something happened and maybe my Xbox didn't... get it?

I don't know. Point me in a direction and tell me how hard to throw.

Edit: I also have the first-edi Xbox One in another room that is connected and working without any issue. It received a large sys update 3 days ago which makes me wonder if the One X was supposed to something as well, hence ==> issues.
