Xbox One X "Brick Edition" - Multiple problems since May/Currently can't sign in & have to ...

Please help!

I have multiple xbox's in the house but the only one that doesn't work is the Xbox one X (the newest and latest/greatest)…

Been having issues since May. Started w/ issues not allowing me to sign-in. Then moved to a HD issue. Now, I can't sign-in again/therefore not able to play/watch anything I've purchased.

Unacceptable and need a res quick!

My xbox one won't let me sign in with any profile. WTF, now I have a 500 dollar unusable brick sitting there.

I've played at least once a week, and have been trying to save packs to make sure I'd be getting the right amount. I've had two saved since very early on, and these may be part of a returning user bonus. I haven't received anything for at least 2 weeks and

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

 

Sounds to me that you have a faulty console. Your best bet would be to send it in for service. Make sure your console is registered here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices and then select it and book it in for repair.

 

Trust me... I've done everything I can in my power, including what you've provided, even did a console reset and same prob...

 

I would hope this is a MSFT covered repair?
