    Xbox One X Blu-Ray player


    Is Microsoft ever going to update the blu-ray disc player for Xbox? The app works sometimes with discs, sometimes it displays an error code (claims the disc type isn't supported, even though the exact disc has worked before/ will work if I try again later). I've tried all the trouble shooting, but it seems like it mostly depends on what mood my one x is in at the moment. App sucks, any updates coming?

    DVD playback quality is still atrocious.

    No I would expect a blu ray player to play DVDs as good as a standalone DVD player. Blu Ray players don't magically improve DVDs. The problem would appear to be that the One blu Ray player doesn't perform well when playing DVDs in comparison to other
    Blu Ray players.
