My headset is way different compared to that one my dongle is newer and doesn't blink twice when I do that it rapidly blinks

'Make sure the ethernet cable is plugged in'-- or something like that. And on my modem, normally when it works it is a solid green light that blinks rapidly, showing there is, as you said, sending and receiving of information. When I tried earlier it
