Xbox one X black screen when I try to turn on the console, error messages of E106 OR E102

My Xbox one X was working just fine, but then in crashed during a game.

I force the xbox one x off. Then when i try to turn it on, all I get is a black screen.

I tried to factory reset the console, but when I try factory reset, it goes back to error screen.

And now, it just turns on, beeps a bit, and then eventually turns itself off.

Please help.

If you can still access the troubleshooter, try to perform an offline reset by following the steps in the following link

If you can no longer access the troubleshooter by following the steps in the link I gave you and the console shuts down immediately after powering it on, a technician will need to check it.

If your region still offers service for that console model, try creating a request.

Submit an request at this link:

https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-de...

There you will see your registered devices, select the device that presents the problem and select "Next", fill in the necessary data and you will be able to create your order.

Tried that still doing the same thing error code E106 00000009 c0000102 dont know what that means

Error E106 occurs when you try to turn on your console

You see one of the following error codes when you try to turn on your console:

E106
E106 xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx

Note The “x” digits vary.

Solution

To resolve this problem, use the Xbox One startup error troubleshooter:

Go to the
Xbox One startup error troubleshooter.
Scroll down the screen and select E106.
Follow the instructions in the troubleshooter.

Good morning, in the last days when I turn on my Xbox One it's initiated very slowly ,after the screen became black with a phrase (system error E102....) With the help of the Xbox' support I did the the reset, in the follow 24 hours the console
worked normally but yesterday when I turned on the console i have again the system error e102. I did the reset phusing on the eject and bind buttons, I followed the reset procedure but Xbox don't work again. What can I do. Thanks and sorry for the English
but I'm an italian student and I din't speak englsh so well.
