    Anyone have any idea why the X has this issue is it just mine. Please let me know if you have the same issue and if you did how did you fix it.

    Please see this link on How to position and ventilate your Xbox console.

    Also If your console shuts down unexpectedly, try one of the following solutions.

    • The console may be too hot. Turn the console off, wait for an hour to let it cool, then turn the console back on (also make sure your console is in a well-ventilated spot).
    • Troubleshoot your power supply. See Your Xbox One console won’t turn on.
    • Change the console settings so it doesn’t turn off automatically:
      1. Turn on the console.
      2. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
      3. Select System > Settings > General > Power mode & startup.
      4. Under Options, set Turn off after to Don’t turn off automatically.
