    Xbox one x audio issue when playing Series X games while using a series x controller


    I'm using an Xbox one x and a series x controller and I've noticed that whenever I try to play AC Valhalla or CoD Cold War, my audio starts to crackle horrendously. And it's not just game audio, it's all audio. I thought it may be HDR games but Cyberpunk
    or FH4 don't have this issue. I think it might be games that are optimised for series S and X maybe? But when I plug in my headset into my old broken 2016 controller, this issue doesn't happen at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I've tried
    resyncing my account by removing it, hard resetting the console and removing all connections for 3 minutes and re adding my account and updating the controller. I refuse to believe it's the controllers fault because it's literally a month old and it's only
    those TWO games! Only them so far from testing other games and I just can't fathom for the life of me what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated cause I don't want to fork out for a new controller or deal with the hassle of refunding this controller
    when it works perfectly fine.

    Hi yes, with my XBOX ONE controller all is ok. When i use my XBOX SERIES X controller with cable, it's seem to be ok too.

    It's really when i play with wireless on XBOX SERIES X controller....

    Yes you will be able to play all Xbox one games and all games that are on backward compatibility list when the Series X releases. Also will be able to use your Xbox one controllers if you wanted to. I know I will still be using my Elite controller ....

    Xbox series X will be the next console of the Xbox franchise. Like the jump from Xbox 360 to Xbox one. You will be able to play you're Xbox one games on the Series X and the games coming out will be out on Xbox One as Xbox series X for a limited time.
    After a while they will quit making games for Xbox one and focus on Xbox Siries X

    Unfortunately, there is no built-in mic on the Xbox Series X and no bluetooth support if you're thinking to go that route.



    You will need to attach a headset with a mic to the Xbox Series X controller. The Xbox Series X controller uses a standard 2.5mm audio connection for Xbox Live, you can use any standard headset. (It does not have to be something fancy or expensive.)

    Xbox Game Disc-to-Digital Availability

    This is an incorrect assumption. You can insert an xbox one disc and download updates that may improve visuals and frame rates on Xbox Series X/S but in order to play you still need the disc unless you own the digital version of it.

    Xbox Series X will utilize the Xbox One X version of enhancements while Xbox series S will use the Xbox One S enhancements.

    You will not get a free game by borrowing or renting a physical version of a game and installing it on Xbox Series X/S.
