Xbox One X always launches into Startup Error

My Xbox One X currently always boots into the Startup Error Screen. It does not matter how often I restart the console. I have done a hard reset already, even unplugged the console completely for a few minutes. Since restarting did not change the situation,
I chose the factory reset.

Again it launches into the error screen (Code E102). Looking the error code up did not provide any useful information about my problem. When starting I sometimes can now see the "Preparing your console" screen for a few seconds, but the screen then immediately
changes back to the Startup Error screen.

Maybe someone has similar problems and can help me.

Console keeps booting to Troubleshooting screen

What you seem to be experiencing is a Startup Issue.

First choose: I need to troubleshoot a system error.

After choose the Xbox that you have (Xbox One, S, or X) from there it should be straightforward on the next steps needing to be taken.

I just received the Xbox One X I bought but I have an error during the update at startup !

Sounds like this may be a system update problem. Try this troubleshooter

It has some info and troubleshooting steps in it for that E102 error code.
