Xbox One X Alpha Skip Ahead Latest update on 12/4 problem

My Xbox One X updated to the latest version of the Alpha Skip Ahead ring of the Insiders Program. Ever since the update my console first started to not start up properly. For example my console wouldn't even register on my tv input, and when it finally did register it would just be a black screen. If I were to restart or turn off/on the console it would just happen again. I had to boot the console to the "troubleshoot" screen and then reset the console to factory settings, but shortly after it would crash the console when "updating" from the factory reset. Eventually after several attempts of factory resets I got the console to boot up and after about an hour my console turned off and the same problems of black screen persisted. Again after several attempts to reset the console I got it to boot up again. I immediately went to the Insiders Hub App and removed my console from the program. A few minutes later after removing the console from the program I was prompted to do a 3.6gb update to my console, I figured it was to revert it to a previous OS version. The update however crashed mid download and my console shut off, when I restarted it the same black screen problems persisted again. Now the console is stuck on the "troubleshoot" start up where my only options are to restart the console or reset the console, and if I choose to reset the console it just crashes and turns off and on and goes back to the "troubleshoot" screen. My console is now basically a paperweight it starts up and it goes directly to the "Something went wrong screen". Someone please help!
