    Xbox One X All Access Trade In Options


    Hello everyone. In October of 2018 I purchased an One X through the All Access program. Back then the financing was through Dell. The current All Access program states you need to have an "existing Credit One Line of Credit for Xbox All Access" to qualify for the upgrade program. Was my Dell financing actually with Credit One? Or is this a new Microsoft partner and Dell is out of the loop? The One X has been paid off for awhile now, and I really don't NEED to trade it in, but do I qualify? Thanks for any info.

    Ok, so there’s no option to trade my Xbox One X into Xbox, use thst credit plus the financing option to get Scarlett, gamespass, and 0% free financing over however many months?
    Did you purchase your Xbox One X through All Access?

    You must purchase the Xbox console through the All Access program to be eligible to trade-in/upgrade through the program. You can not trade-in previously purchased consoles for credit or upgrades.

    The short answer is no, definitely not. The long answer is that there will be an upgrade option with Xbox All Access if you get the One X through it, though that will involve trading back in your Xbox One X to Microsoft and continuing the payment plan further.
    When you buy a 2019 car outright, you can’t just take it back to the dealership next year and get the 2020 model for free, same thing with consoles. More details on Xbox All Access here : https://www.xbox.com/xbox-all-access

    Yeah, I completely agree with you on this topic. I saw the announcement for Xbox All Access, and was a bit disappointed to see it's not available in my region. Personally, I wasn't too interested in the Xbox One X since I already have a Day One Xbox One.
    Although, uf I had the option to get it now, then trade it in towards the Scarlett, then I would definitely consider that option.
