    Xbox One X 4k capture automatically stop by itself randomly


    4K capture not working and corrupt, after capturing only a 2 sec of a corrupt file is available, 1080p is ok, plz help.. when capturing 4k the xbox automatically cuts off the clip by ifself like 22 sec or 23 sec, and corrupt the file with 2 sec. Why is
    that ?

    Go to xbox seetings to verify your capture config.
    Good afternoon.

    What kind of answer is that?

    It's not related with any settings.

    This is a bug from the XBOX.

    No matter what you change (or even if you reset the console), at the moment the xbox doesn't allow to capture 4k video to an external USB3.0 or 3.1 device.

    Many persons are facing the same situation.

    I have the same problem and I tried everything without success,
    even factory reset with delete everything

    it does not help.

    Insider Hub have new update (10.0.19041.2946) with fix for that issue but you need to have Delta or Beta Rings to
    access these updates.

    maybe because the 4K captures takes a lot of memory, try to minimize the capture duration through capture settings and make sure that your captures storage is not full then try again.
